It's one of the oldest Bank in the UK. Full of an amazing history have their own archivist on site to take care and look after numerous artefacts from the beginning and centuries some on display others in a storage room. It's where the British Royal family bank since the old days.

Having banked with these guys for almost 20 years, imagine my disgust when my ‘private banker’ Monty Mead didn’t bother to advise me over a 20 month to 2 year period that the significant funds in my business banking account were not bearing any interest, given we had several discussions about what the interest rates were on the business banking side. When I raised this as a complaint they set up a business reserve in a matter of minutes, however at no point over the previous 20 months did they think to advise me nothing was being accrued. Waited over 4 weeks for an ‘investigation’ that basically told me whilst they agree they did not advise me in my best interest they are not legally obligated to do so. Great personal banking service from one of the so called great banks! I’d expect better service at Monzo- avoid them like the plague, they have gone downhill the last few years and this is the cherry on the top!

Couldn’t find the option for 0’stars. 1 star is too much and does not reflect how inefficient, unresponsive and downright rude they are. Disappointing is putting it mildly. It is possible to live with the rudeness if they were competent, but not only are they incompetent but they also don’t care at all about the consequences their idiocy will have on their clients. Who hires these people?! Unreal!

They deserve a 0. Terrible customer services. Very slow and unresponsive and does not act with any urgency relating to urgent matters. The bank and the staff are grossly inefficient.

This bank is literally the most ridicilous place. I'm mindblown to see they operate at all and still exist. I've been waiting on a card for let's say nearly a year and it has been send third time to old address that we've updated few times. Like.. seriously. My review would have been longer if I had the nerves and patience for this but they have exhausted every possible drop of patience that I had.
