Absolutely fabulous banking atmosphere. At an especially fraught time in my life. My husband-who is a long standing customer of Barclays-was gravelly ill for months. Mr. Ed Smedley , in particular, gave me guidance and help, reassuring me and my husband that the bank was looking after his best interests. And always with a smile and "Do you need anything else?" I visited the branch in Great Portland Street this week and I was assisted by Ed and Hannah with an online banking + app access issue. It was a technical topic that required real knowledge and experience, and they’ve been great: helpful, kind and calm throughout. They quickly understood the problem and fixed everything for me.
