Virgin Money 2-4 Royal Exchange Square Glasgow

My mother had a awful experience by a young man who just contuined to say "Everthing is online" when she was simply asking for some help on opening a saving account. will be filing a complaint never again.

Addendum 17 Oct 2017: Google seems to think that this is some kind of drinking establishment. IT IS NOT. Questions such as, 'Does this place offer all you can drink options?', and ' Is liquor served here?', do not apply! It is a business establishment that sets aside space for Virgin customers only to have a seat, a cuppa and a relax. The same is true for all Virgin Money Lounges. Original post: As Virgin customers we have used the various Virgin Lounges in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and, now, Glasgow. As ever we found it to be a great place for us, as pavement-pounding tourists, to take a breather from the City. A comfy seat, a great coffee, a couple of oaty biscuits and a read of the Glasgow Herald and we were ready to rubberneck in Glasgow again. This lovely Lounge, spread over two floors, is an oasis. I would jus like to say I have never had a coffee at this bank I joined this bank last year and have had problems with then double to me losing my card a couple of times and trying to get a new card On of the times I was at this this bank one of the people that was dealing with me actually flicked my card back at me as if it was a playing card every time I loos my card they say up to 5 working days I did loss my card 8vdays ago and I am still waitin

Firstly, its not a bank at 177 bothwell street, its a office or whatever. Second, the image here is of royal exchange square and the address is of bothwell street. Obviously, someone incompetent in todays day and world has updated all of this. Wasted 30 mins of my working hours for such inaccurate information.
