I transferred £500 in error to Ecobank Gambia Ltd account, held at this Bank, in London, I am yet to receive the funds returned back to my account after 5 days of phone calls and emails. I should be travelling back soon. **** Pleased to report the return of the funds back to my account, the very next day, Thanks, to the Ghana International and my local Bank for your interception.
This bank participates in FRAUDULENT activity and conveniently all of their customer help lines go directly to voicemail. After I sent a large sum of money, GHIB are happy to produce documentation that they’ve rejected my money when in fact my own bank confirms my money was never returned by GHIB. The authorities should investigate this as I need interception immediately. DO NOT USE GHIB.
One of the worst banks ever. In this day and age you can ONLY log into your internet banking account on Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0. Can you imagine? Poor level of internet security. You cannot log into using Mozilla, Chrome or whatever. You cannot log in from your phone or tablet either. On top of that they charge you excessive fees. Oh Africa. Just a shame.
