If it was possible to give -5 stars I would have given it. This bank never responds to emails, they asked me to pay extra fees for a CREDOC of 6787GBP! They wanted to take advantage and asked for 1700GBP as fees... They are thieves hiding behind the name of a bank. Very incompetent staff. Strongly discouraged and avoided. Be very careful !!!
