Efficient in handling my matters. But what struck me is the number of occasions the staff were called on by customers to sort out what those customers found difficult to resolve other than face to face. And yes, I did have to wait, but no matter - it just shows how very important this local branch is: so much more satisfactory and essential compared with trying to deal with matters over the phone or trying to find answers from botchats.

As I work in Croydon, I would use the Croydon branch to pay money into my account once a month. I am a large person in size and each time I walked into the branch, I always noticed the female staff, would whisper to her colleague and they both would look at me and giggle. I no longer go into this branch anymore because of the rude mannered staff at the counter.

I have no review, as I cancelled my account months ago, but still get notifications can somebody please delete me, I've tried through the app but no one takes any notice. So please help me as I'm fed up getting emails. Thank you.

I visited the branch last week. I must say I was impressed by all staff. They were very attentive and Bella in particular was lovely. Thanks alot Happy Christmas to all of you. I believe in Ethical banking. Bella explained this well.

Super helpful personal banking staff even though I was there as a business account customer. If all banks were this attentive the world would be a better place.
