Ramesh was very helpful to us with our issues logging into our bank account online. He spent a lot of time going through different methods and in the end was able to get us in. Would recommend him if your facing any issues!

What an amazing branch… I went in today as I had a few issues with my account. I spoke with Tracy Norris who went above and beyond to sort my concerns. She was so professional and caring, great customer service.

The service was amazing by Shipa. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything in depth and at a pace that was suitable for me. The fact that she followed up everything she promised to do, was for me outstanding! Well done Barclays and especially Shipa for going above and beyond and providing a world class service!

Went in earlier this week to open a Premier Banking Current Account with Barclays. Was meant to have an appointment with someone called John but was instead seen by Chima - almost 15 minutes late I might add. Absolutely terrible customer service, answer to every question was “no” without more. I was actively having to ask what I could do to enable the account to be opened/verify my identity. Was this close to just walking out. She was also clueless about the Avios Rewards programme, insisting the £12 a month fee was for the credit card despite me searching it up on the Barclays website to show her that it wasn’t for the credit card. Overall terrible customer service. I would wager they don’t see Premier Banking clients that often here so don’t really know the ins and out of it. Chima’s customer service is simply terrible though, Barclays Wimbledon please don’t put her in front of Premier Banking clients again! I was very impressed with the service I received at this Barclays branch. Ramesh took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave me really helpful advice on saving money. I felt supported throughout the whole process and left with a much better understanding of my options. It was a professional yet friendly experience, and I really appreciate the personal attention and guidance I received.
