BMO Bank of Montreal 78 St George Street Guelph

I’m giving a 5 star review because I’m so happy with how kind, fast and confident the team is at BMO downtown Guelph. So much better compared to past teams, I wanted to switch banks in the past because I was fed up with incompetency and disrespect and had to get a refund once. But now I’m so glad that I didn’t change banks. The newer team is much better. I trust the newer team. They understand all questions that I’ve asked and they are thorough. Thank you!

I recently visited BMO downtown branch and was deeply disappointed by the conduct of the staff, particularly the manager. The interactions felt uncomfortably confrontational, resembling an interrogation rather than a customer service experience. Moreover, I perceived certain remarks and attitudes as discriminatory, which is unacceptable. This experience has significantly undermined my confidence in the bank’s commitment to respectful and equitable customer service.

Update- Reached out and wrote an email a week ago. Never gotten any reply or phone calls. None of you could answer and fix the problem? The worst team I've ever seen. Very disappointed.

The company I work for has been banking with this company for 5 years. I go to BMO every week to make deposits. The Downtown Guelph location is absolutely horrible. The bank tellers never know how to use the system and the manager is also no help. Even though I am a short walking distance from them I will now be traveling to another location to use BMO.

I couldn't recommend BMO Bank Of Montreal more. They are beyond 5 Stars, they are 12 Stars for me . Big Stars A big star for every year. They have provided for me exceptional service for me over the past 12 years , I honestly have never encountered any problem what so ever. I miss the old guard who took care of the parking lot , from every one there has always been great service.
