Dealt with the most disrespectful associate who instead of admitting she didn't know how to complete my request, resorted to trying to confuse the client and talking down at them. Went over to BMO Uptown Waterloo square and was in and out in 5 mins with my request complete and very dignified customer service with knowledgeable associates. Save your time and go to a different branch.

I’ve been with BMO my whole life. I also bank with Tangerine, but BMO has better customer service. This branch usually only has one or two tellers on desk, but the branch is rarely busy so it makes sense. My only complaint is the single outdoor ATM. It just doesn’t feel as safe as being inside a building with a card scanner on the door to access after hours. And it would be nice to have 2 ATMs in the building so two people can use them without making a line up.

As a customer I am extremely unhappy with BMO my overdraft portion of my account was reduced to $200 from $1500. Apparently a review on my account was done on October 22. I was given no email or notification on this change to my account. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years but after this shady behavior I will be looking for a new bank over the next few weeks but will not remain a customer. 1 star for being shady.

Gave my number to some AI company to spam call me. Good job BMO. A+
