BMO Bank of Montreal 2005 Rue Peel Ville-Marie

Had a problem with my debit card while outside Canada and had to cancel it and lost all access to my BMO online banking. This branch is where I made my account and where I have to fix this but now they don’t even answer the phone or call back after a message. Lost my money and can’t pay other bills. Don’t make an account with them, you will loose money and have a hard time. I will report this.

They're slow to act and don't deliver on their promises. I suggest moving to another branch. The branch manager promised to get the account representative to call back, but after waiting for over a week, there's still no call. Things that are simple at other branches are incredibly complicated and delayed at this one.

I went there on 9th to open a profile for my credit card application. More than 10 days later there was no response. I called the credit card hotline and I was told that the branch did not process my information to open a profile. Today I contacted the person who I met for the appointment and suddenly she has none of my information despite email record. A total disappointment.

Went there to renew my student status, get it done in 5 mins. Fast, polite and professional.

I was there last week . They were very friendly and helpful specially a very nice lady who called Olivia , she helped me to resolve my issues with my account. Though I didn’t have any appointment but she did her best to help me. Thanks again for everything !
