Wells Fargo Bank 797 North West State Road American Fork

Have been a customer for over 20 years, but in an other state. At this branch, I have never, ever been able to speak to a person by phone. The automated options are not applicable to my needs. Would give them - 10☆ if possible. Will definitely check into changing banks.

The dishwater blonde boy who worked at the window on 10/22/25 was very rude when speaking. You might want to hire a more qualified person.

Terrible service. Only one in drive thru. Waited for 15 mins before someone would help me. Saw multiple people standing around in the window. Will be changing banks.

The tellers are always professional kind and thorough. Behind always greets me by name. He anticipates my requests and is ready with items I need. Celina is wonderful! As are all the branch associates.

I came in the branch and quickly learnt that the document I brought to process has an incorrect part from the document issuer. I felt pretty frustrated with the situation as I thought, "What a waste of time!" The Branch Manager, Jennifer, walked over and offered comfort. And then she took me to one of her best Relationship Manager, Erika Hogan. Erika did a great job assisting me with the matter. I felt so comfortable that I began to discuss with her my other banking needs. This branch is not located in the closest spot to me, but after this great experience, I think if I ever need Wellsfargo, I would come to this branch for assistance.
