TD Canada Trust Branch 3003 Clarence Avenue South Stonebridge

My husband and I have had great service from TD Canada Trust on Clarence. We first set up accounts a few weeks ago and the whole staff are great. We started with Nnamdi who set up our accounts (don’t do it on line as I tried to). First rate service. I have since dealt with several tellers and the supervisor and all were excellent. People don’t even seem to mind waiting in line as the service is so good. The atmosphere is great. Bravo!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my frustration with the commercial team. We’ve spent considerable time providing documentation, clarifying details, and addressing questions from your commercial team regarding a multi unit residential purchase in good faith. To receive a valuation that comes in 30% under market — without consideration of current rent potential or the stability of the Saskatchewan market — is disappointing. The property is fully tenanted, and we have a clear plan to increase rents and move all units to one-year leases post-possession. These factors should strengthen, not weaken, the long-term security of this investment. I understand risk management is a priority for TD, but from my perspective it feels like smaller investors are not being given the same consideration as larger players. We have the required down payment, financial capacity, and a sound business plan, and I believe this transaction deserves fair recognition of its true market value and income poten

I love td and Staff here is friendly enough but extremely long lineups and waits and cashiers often struggle with understanding simple transaction requests. Thankfully we will be moving and have a different branch close to the new place.
