Absolutely brutal service, late for appointment unprepared and wouldn't cash my cheque. I have been banking with td for 25 years, this was enough to make me want to move banks.
My maintenance for kids is deposited on the 28th, Y am I still waiting after the 3rd, my grandkids are starving 😫 😐 😑 frustrating waiting for you guys, plan to switch banks if it goes any further....PLEASE

Cancelled my appointment one hour before, and have not set up any replacement appointment for the same day. Customer made appointment for a reason. Will definitely consider cancelling my business with TD bank.
