I can't believe this place is even a bank. I walked in there was only one banker there talking to a couple and only one teller. I walked up to the teller and asked her where I can sign to speak to someone and she said that you have to make an appointment online. I asked her if this bank accepts people that just walk in without an appointment and she said no, you have to make an appointment online in order to speak to someone

The staff there are very nice, caring and professional. I just have their 2% cash back reward card, and tried to make a payment. My first time in this branch. A teller asked me if I have their app, he could help me set it up so that I don't have to come in to make a payment. Since I was making partial cash payment, I was saying maybe next time, and I appreciate him letting me know such option. It was in the 90s out and inside the branch was cool, I started coughing for no particular reason. The branch manager offered me water, and the teller lady offered me lollipop. I was all better after that. The branch manager explained the grace period for the credit card information. And their 2% cash reward card is very good, gets me $200 rewards after some money spent anyway, and has certain period interest free, which I was not sure for how long, and the manager said that he could not find out from the computer, I need to call the credit card company. Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Discriminatory Treatment Dear Wells Fargo Customer Service, On Friday, October 4, 2024, at approximately 3:30 PM, I visited your Wells Fargo branch located at 20 Great Neck Rd., Great Neck, NY, intending to make a tranaction from my account. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant, and I feel compelled to address the unprofessional behavior of a particular teller during my visit. The teller, Beela Chandy, questioned the validity of my signature and the amount I was requesting to withdraw, despite my long-standing relationship with the bank. Her tone was dismissive and confrontational. Additionally, the branch operation coordinator Ms.Chandy suggested that I should consider banking at a local branch in the future, implying that I had somehow violated an unwritten rule by visiting this location. At no point during the transaction was I treated with the respect or courtesy that every customer should expect. Inst

Horrible service , I came in with my customer because he needed to get a certified check to put as a down payment for his vehicle The lady at the counter Ayesha was saying in other words it wasn’t his account the supervisor supposedly made some calls to try and verify him says they weren’t able to verify him and that his check he deposited wasn’t going to go through . And that he needed to add his ID to the account instead of helping out with that they said they couldn’t help us out . We went to another Wells Fargo around the area and they were nice enough to help us out and clear up any issues took about 5 minutes , we came out with the money in hand . I don’t recommend doing business here.

The service from this branch is horrible. Like other reviews said, I can not believe this place is even a bank! I was going there to make a CD deposit. No one comes to ask you anything. I was sitting there along with other customers waiting for to be called. After a while, I went to the teller asked how much longer I may need to wait, a guy (he said his name is "Sal"?) interrupted my conversation with the teller said that there is no availability today, and I have to go online to make an appointment to even speak a representative. He was very rude with very bad attitude. I asked him what happened if I did not talk to the teller, was I supposed to sit there forever. His respond is "you can wait if you want, but there is no one to see you". What a horrible service! If Wells Fargo hires such unprofessional people, shame on Wells Fargo! We all should move out our money from Wells Fargo. Let's put our assets at a bank who respect their customers!
