TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 2025 Prince of Wales Drive Arcola East-North Side

The customer service is so bad. A brown dude and a filipino lady were too busy with each other. I felt like i was interrupting them. The dude with glasses tried his best not to help me so they can get back to wasting time. I have to go back again now because they didnt provide me the temporary password i needed. 5 employees there and literally two customers but they were so busy chatting with each other and having a good time that they couldnt be bothered working. Update: expecting a package that i am supposed to pick up at this branch. Has been well over a month so I call the branch and speak to a lady named Manpreet. She assured me she would escalate it. However, she did not escalate it and lied about it. I know because i called again and another employee actually did escalate it and i received an email as a confirmation. So, thank you Manpreet for wasting 2 weeks for nothing. So many employees just wasting time like this just points to the fact that the branch manager sucks!

At the TD branch on Prince of Wales Drive in Regina Saskatchewan the customer service has gone downhill over the last few months. The automated tellers at this location very seldom work and it is about time that they hired a more reputable company to service these machines over the past Christmas holidays the machines have not been working almost on a daily basis and this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed at this location. Also when you go inside there is never more than a couple tellers working and the lineup is to the door my time is as valuable as anybody else's and I'm not going to wait in line for an hour to get up to the teller. Hopefully you can Rectify this situation. Thank you.

For small business banking. What a terrible experience, they wasted so much of our time it was ridiculous. Ultimately went to RBC and had fantastic service. If Noah could maybe focus on the job and not listing his questionable credentials things would have been different.

I was having trouble depositing money into my RDSP account. I called TD Direct Investing multiple times but had no luck. Today, I went to the branch and a gentleman there (I think his name was Deep) tried to deposit my cheque but an error kept coming up. Instead of telling me to call TD Direct Investing again, he picked up the phone himself and dialed the number. Even though the phone lines were busy and we had to wait about 45 minutes, he stayed on the call, spoke with a representative, and figured out what the issue was. I was extremely happy and impressed that he went above and beyond to help me.

The teller counted my cash incorrectly and still insisted she was right even after recounting and being wrong. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name( Salima or Samara,She didn't print her name.hardly read )she wrote it on a piece of paper and threw it at me. Completely unacceptable service.
