TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM Unit E 4011 Rochdale Boulevard

Absolute terrible bank. This bank in rochdale lost a letter in my name within two days of recieving it. Since june I have called and since june they have pushed it off. They didnt go through their process or even offer me an explanation as to what it was, when all I was expecting was an inheritance. Now im at a loss and its affected us mentally heavily. They dont call back after "looking" for said item either. The investigation turned up absolutely nothing and they failed to call me back in the 48 hour alloted time period as stated.

Service is too slow. They have 8 seats for dealing customers. 8 spots. But most of the time 1 or 2 tellers available on 8 seats. You cannot come to this branch as on the way to work. You should have at least 1 or 2 hours of free time before visiting this branch....20 people waiting in line and only 2 attendants.

Whenever I visited this location i am always happy to see how they help their customers. A lady at front desk shearlan (if I m not wrong with her name spelled ) helped me alot.thanks once again

Wish I could give zero,atm drive through always out of service. Hard to access your account if not able to get there on business hours. Downtown atms closed after hours to. Just a real inconvenience for your customers. I've been with TD for around 25 years and I'm at the point to go to another bank as I can never access my bank account. Not everyone one works on your hours

Very disappointing, the lady I had the displeasure of interacting with was very patronising in her comments. I came in to cash a cheque from a referral program and she told me that the government was the only one that could do it. Even though the cheque clearly stated that it was issued by TD Canada Trust. She also continued to repeat how small the amount was, which was unnecessary. I didn’t bother to debate the matter because I had other obligations…I will not be returning to that location. Absolutely awful and insensitive customer service. So judgemental and disrespectful.
