Kudos to Dennis (branch manager), Samuel and Quinton for assisting me with an unexpected POA matter for my sister-in-law Eileen. These 3 tried their very best to get clarity for me on how to proceed; their customer service was top-notch; kept me in the loop as they had updates and Dennis then went over-and-above to assist Eileen due to the nature of her situation. They applied a very common-sense, logical approach (all while thinking ‘outside the box’)……very, very much appreciated!!

Worst bank ever lost my bank card brought in my driver's license and my birth certificate to get a new card was declined of getting a new card. The teller told me that he needed to send a code to my phone number that I haven't had for over a year. I'm so frustrated with this bank I'm going to close all my accounts with them worst bank to deal with ever

They're great as long as you don't need to do any changes on your account. I have had my business with this bank for almost 19 years and can't believe how hard it is to make a change to my signing authority. I have been trying to contact someone for approximately 2 months and still have not been able to make a change. I have direct emailed their "business" consultant multiple times, phoned and left messages, visited the bank in person multiple times, complaining to a manager directly today and still haven't heard back from them about processing my request. At this point I am going to be shopping around for a new bank because I can't believe the lack of correspondence for what I believe is a simple task. If I ran my business like this, I would have been out of business years ago.
