TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 1920 Dundas Street Argyle

Opened an account they offer a new account deal. Gift card whatever. They tell you what you need to do in order to receive your gift card. I follow all the steps. Quell surprise it never happened. Tried talking to some one about it. They were unsure what to do. This location wants your business, once they have it. I guess they don't care. Thats the way she goes. You have been warned for those looking for incentives to open an account here. Maybe another location would have been different. I will never know.

I'm relatively pleased with this Branch. I've mainly being going to the 1920 Dundas Street branch since 2007 I think. I also go to the 220 Dundas Street branch also but not for a while. Went to this branch with my wife today to get my name added to an account that my wife held with her now deceased mother. Waited in line, the teller went through all the verification's, then tells us that there is no body available at the bank to help us. We have to make an appointment and come back when someone is available, THAT IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS. I am standing in the bank here and now the onus is on the bank to have authorized people available to me, NOT when it's convenient to the bank. This complaint will fall on deaf ears.

Service of this bank is not good. I am already customer of this bank is last 20 years. Now this bank service is very poor and dealing with customer is very bad before it was good. Now they are taking too much time more than Brampton hospital. Unnecessary waiting customer time and country money
