I visited the bank today for the first time in many years to make a deposit. I couldn’t immediately locate a cashier’s desk and later learned that cash deposits are now made through a pay‑in machine. I was unsure of the process, but a very pleasant and helpful member of staff noticed that I seemed a little lost and kindly offered her assistance. She guided me through the steps for using the machine, and when the ***machine failed*** to complete the transaction, she took me to the cashier’s desk—located discreetly toward the back of the branch. I unfortunately didn't catch her name but am genuinely grateful for her support, clear direction, and the excellent professional service she provided.

Excellent service at this Barclays branch & conveniently located near Fenchurch Street Station! As soon as I walked in, David was there to greet me and help straight away. He assisted me in getting back into my app after I’d forgotten my PIN and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Thanks a million, David it’s much appreciated 🙏 I’ll definitely visit this branch again whenever needed.
