This is my worse worse worse and super worse experience with Kotak mahindra bank service . There is a field Agent here Rajeshwar Kumar I met him one month ago for current account he ask me a required documents I submitted at same time along with cheque for current account after that he is making us fool it’s been more then a month to taking follow up with him whenever we ask he replied wait 2-3 days I have already processed I haven’t clue where is my documents and what is the status of his process. Thank you Kotak mahindra bank for your worse employee and worse service.

Worst service. Un necessary charges they charge. Not supported. Even assign RM said that he is not our RM. Worst bank and service ever. Mr. Ramesh mishra (manager) & his sales man Mr. Dinesh gupta. Both have focus to open an account after account opened they won't entertain.

On 8th Oct i tried to withdraw money Rs.5000/- from my Kotak account via Axis ATM at East Park Road. The transaction was declined by the ATM, but the money was taken out from my Kotak Account. I spent a good deal of time on phone with their support system, finally got an agent and logged my complaint. I also sent mail with AXIS ATM slip sating Transaction Declined by email, but got no response on that. On 13th Oct i visited New Rohtak Road, Kotak branch and a miserly official sitting on the wealth management desk told me that he can't help me as he can't access my complaint or track to find the status of it. He told me to call customer care number again. I told him that the phone takes ages to reach anywhere, but he refused to help. Without an option i called Kotak phone support again and got the update that it will be done in a few more days. When i asked the executive if it was true that people from kotak branch can not access customer accounts, he said, that they can. I got my
