Worst experience ever, instead of helping the customers they are making them wait even when the whole bank is empty, cannot find an account number of a person who lost their passbook,instead of helping the whole bank just say we cannot help, I cannot believe how they are operating at such a low class at this day and age. And then again when we already have a bereavement in our family and instead of helping to sort out the account, they are uncessarily asking documents that no foreign resident can provide. They are just looting people money and the branch manager is helping his people instead of trying to sort the problem
