Very bad experience with Kotak Bank. My salary account has been frozen for more than 10 days and the Sector 62 Noida branch has not provided any proper solution. I visited the branch many times but the staff did not help at all. They keep telling me to contact the person who opened my account, and when I contact that person he tells me to go to the branch again. Because of this irresponsible behavior, my problem is still not solved. This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. I strongly suggest that people avoid opening accounts in Kotak Bank. It would be much better to choose another bank like HDFC or any bank that actually values its customers....

The never have cash available for withdrawal. This branch is good for nothing. The whole brand of Kotak is turning out to be a pain.
