My experience here was truly disappointing 😟. The staff's conduct was utterly unprofessional and unpleasant 😤. Such poor service makes me question returning 👎. Avoid if you value respectful interactions 😠.

I had a very bad experience with IDBI Bank recently. I visited the branch for a cheque withdrawal, and shockingly, I had to go three days just to get one cheque cleared. Each time I went, they gave me different reasons and delayed the process unnecessarily. What made it worse was the staff’s rude attitude. Instead of helping or giving a proper explanation, one of the employees directly told me, "If you're not satisfied with our service, you can close your account." I was shocked by such unprofessional behavior. Is this how a bank is supposed to treat its customers? I expected better service and respect as a customer. Extremely disappointed. Think twice before opening an account here.

Worst experience and the staff is behaviour is very bad and not helpful and arrogant behaviour. So don’t visit this branch

They have changed my residence address without any documentation. You cannot trust this branch.
