Staff behaviour is very rude their executive called and asked to cancel the cheque I had submitted but I had entered the details of my own that one I asked them wouldn't it be a problem but did not even say anything on that kept asking to cancel the cheque did not even solved the query & disconnected the call I tried to re connect with them on the same number they did not even answer the call. Should close the branch If you could not give the customers even the basic services.
Very worst experience Don’t open account in this bank even staff don’t know our account details… Frequently sending penalties.. very very bad staff no proper response very rude
