I am extremely disappointed with csb service. Their gross negligence and unprofessional behavior have caused me significant inconvenience. The staff repeatedly mishandled my account issues, ignoring my requests and providing incorrect information. Despite multiple complaints, there was no resolution, only delays and excuses. To make matters worse, I faced rude and dismissive treatment from customer service, which felt like harassment. This bank clearly disregards its customers' needs and lacks accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid csb and take their business elsewhere.
