Online fast tag kyc not avialble, when called on number given on Google, no one is answering. Third class service. No reply received when I mailed them regarding kyc.

Very good experience of service level as well as clarity of procedure, I am not an account holder but was there for some issues regarding my fast tag which is issues by dealer on this bank. I was truly surprised as well as happy to get such response and redressal of my problem...... its a small branch but I think well equipped with very good employees..... good luck and best wishes to all of them

Staff here is non cooperative. I visited for query on Fastag. Even though I'm their customer, the representative was very rude in responding. No one else also came forward to support from their staff. Seem KVB's customer oriented culture is deteoriated!

Bad experience about employees managing the locker department in Kothrud branch. They work in such a rude manner as if customers are their servants. Is bank hiring government employees now? they behave in that manner. Change the staff handling the locker department & give training to them about how to be polite with the customers. Bank is not offering locker facility free of cost, we are paying for it so employees can't behave rudely. Bank is not doing any favor to customers by offering any service so behave in a polite manner. Try avoid taking North Indian staff, they are very rude in nature. Pls appointment only south Indian staff.
