Don't open any Account Saving or Current Account. Very Unprofessional peoples working here.Not respect to the Customer. My Account is here in this Bandhan Bank,my Savings account is not working last 6 months,I thought it will work after some days. Now I Visited this branch last 3 weeks. First time they Said Your adress is not valid, second visit they said Your KYC is not up to date,last Monday visit they said bank freeze your account there is suspicious transaction in this account,so they said fill up this form and your account will be resume after 3-4 working days but it's not working today's date Then today just now I visited this branch again they are saying we don't know how much time it's will take,you have to wait. They are talking to customer very arogant and unprofessionaly,they are saying there is so many peoples having same problem and showing me form,same problem. I ask them again how much time it will take they same come back after 15 days. We don't know when it will resume

Really Bad experience with this branch. They are not aware about the process and more interested shops owner business. If you are running business from home or registration at home address you won't get current account here. And most you need big Flex board to display no matter if you doing online business or getting overseas clients. I would not recommend this branch or bank if you are looking for current or saving account to open with it. Even in lockdown they were expecting flex to be displayed at home address. Which won't be possible for those who has started small business from home. Due to Head office at Kolkata don't think bank will be supportive for small businesses here.

Worst service ever. I have not receive my ATM pin after 3 month of a/c opening at Nabapally Rajdanga branch, Kolkata (Kasba/1023). Looks like they don't know banking operation. Don't visit Nabapally Rajdanga (Kasba/1023) Bandhan Bank. You have to visit branch for every service, there is no automation. Their banking system is 100 years backward from others. I'm now afraid of my money.

Just now i have seen in DD Bangla the interview of the MD Mr. Chandrasekhar Ghosh in my opinion he is such a simple person who is giving his helping hand the poorest of the poor with grt benevolent work hats off to him please everybody give him a salute and helping hand. Many Thanks.

Bank services very poor, have given account closure it's been three month the account not closed yet and since then they are charging huge non maintenance Charges on it
