I recently visited Karur Vyasa bank Gurgaon and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. Despite the initial impression of the bank's ambiance, the lack of power backup became evident when there was a sudden outage, resulting in a prolonged wait of three hours for what should have been a simple transaction. Moreover, the professionalism of some staff members left much to be desired. It's disheartening to encounter such inefficiencies and lack of courtesy in a service-oriented industry. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Fraud and cheating bank no body listen your problem and there no customer care no fot take your complain , they will tell you go to your branch to write a complain , I have never this this type of bank .
