Very very bad and bitter experience.Made me to wait unnecessarily for more than two and a half hours in the branch.No service at all.Only harassment and torturing.I suggest that the name shall be changed to Harassment Bank instead of CSB Bank.No inter departmental coordination.No body is having any responsibility and simply saying I don't know.Is this the way a scheduled commercial bank should function.Absolute nonsense and ridiculous functioning.At the time of original sanction also they harassed and tortured me to the core.Now for releasing a portion of already sanctioned limit also simply torturing and made me to run from 27/10/2025 till 06/11/2025 for just disbursing a small amount of Rs.2 lakhs out of the already sanctioned limit.Not at all satisfactory in the service rendered.After paying hefty interest and charges the staff is behaving in such a way that the loan is provided free from their home and customer has to fall to their feet.Dealing with so many banks for the past 30 ye

My worst banking experience yet. I went to process death claim for my father on 17th November 2025. Manager in charge one Mrs. Lekshmi only recieved my application on that day. Same person had earlier not allowed me to close this account 3 months ago, when my dad was sick and i had visited the branch when I had gone for the same. Now after his death, i am the nominee for his account. I followed up in person by visiting the branch 3 times. Answer is always the same; request would be processed today!!!! Even today i called her and the manager told it wud b credited in 30 minutes. Still no credit till this time. Not sure what more I can do to get this claim settled. My father was holding this account for many years and this is how they treat his family. Never go to this bank or branch for any needs. The worst customer service you can ever get. My parents made a big mistake by opening an account here.

Service wise branch.good staff and attitude to support customers

Vary bad service. No one should takea gold loan. The most difficult thing is when you go to get it back. Every time the system error pops up and you have to go through it at least 5 times.
