I have been banking with this branch since 3 years and found the staff very helpful and always had an excellent service experience. The Gold loan and Forex section of the bank is always responsive to our queries and gives us great guidance and help, staying abroad and managing the accounts in India is always a challenge but this team always ease our tasks.

Bad service, kindly appoint one person for customer support, nobody piking the call and lunch time all counters are closed like govt. office, felt like our old Telephone company service which is vanished due to worst service like this

The worst branch, kindly appoint a responsible manager, have been trying contact them for a week for my faulty pos machine, none of my issues were resolved, if I get them on phone they say send mail, as expected no response by mail also, changing my bank service to hdfc
