Very poor customer service. They dont work on any request or written application and there is no direct number to know the status !
Swapnil Bandhan is not fit for a bank manager. Don't know how to talk. Used to talk very roodly Bandhan bank manager Sapna Sangeeta Road Swapnil's way of talking is absolutely wrong. Do not talk to the customer in a supportive way.
Excellent customer service. Products are better in comparision to other banks. Rate of interest is highest among banks .
Bank hi hai bas, aur kya?? but ha, parking space should be wider apart from Underground parking
Office staff is not so supportive as I found like another bank and behavior is so irresponsible to the customer .
