It's a complete waste of time, and the staff is incredibly rude. There's absolutely no benefit to opening an account with this bank. Do not proceed with opening an account at such a useless institution.

The worst bank I have seen so far many customers are been harrased / tortured mentally and financialy here. they book FDs without properly informing you. They are not at all helpful and are rude instead. Bakwass Bank Ever!!!!!

Third class and poor employees.... Mr.. Sanjeev and Mr Rakesh .... 7 month account update ... But bo response.... Rudely behaviour and system issue any time 4-5 time come but system issue not working system

No phone call facility available, even you will not get proper solution of your problem after going there, My cheque was dishonored while I have already talked about clearance of my cheque but after all doing that my cheque was cancelled and no call come from bank to confirm. When I again gone for further process then they tell me to generate "Positive Pay" option for cancelled cheque and after that they suggest me to go to HDFC bank where I have submitted same cheque. HDFC bank confirm me that " No sir, you cheque is already cancelled so now you need to fill it again"

Only interest rates are attractive. Costumer service and work speed are extremely poor. Mobile banking app is not good
