Extremely disappointing experience — lack of honesty and responsibility from staff I’ve had a consistently poor experience with this bank. When I first tried to open an account a few years ago, the process was unnecessarily difficult and had to be escalated before it was resolved. Since then, the account has remained largely inactive because the bank’s products never aligned with my needs. Recently, I decided to close the account, but the relationship manager was extremely pushy and tried to dissuade me from doing so. Even after I explained that I would be leaving the country soon and needed to close it urgently, she insisted I return on Monday — despite knowing that Monday was a bank holiday. This deliberate misinformation prevented me from closing the account or transferring my funds in time. The employees are very irresponsible they didn't give passbook within 48 hours but they told me within 48 hours you got your passbook but after 6 day they told me our employees was filled your form wrong. because of this nonsense employees and nonsense bank I din't give my passbook copy in my office. I'm facing lots of problem because of that

I know this bank is good but i rated I 1 star because its nuagoun branch staffs are very improper behaiver at coustmer and they don't fulfill what they promise
