I had taken home loan from IDBI bank (Janpath, Bhubaneswar) it’s been two years completed and I still haven't received any update on PMAY subsidy yet. Whenever I was asking about the subsidy over phone they told me that application has been processed, but getting delay from Govt side. When I mailed & asked about the Application ID they told me that application will get processed by their HO batch wise. Now they are telling they need to do cross check. It looks completely negligible & harassment from the bank side. After mailing many times, there is no response from your side. My known persons who were taking loan from different banks got subsidy with in 6 month to 1 year. And here this bank is still not processed my application yet. Better to take Home loan from other bank who can assure you that it will process your application within one month. If you are taking home loan from this bank or any other bank, then within 1 month of loan sanction you mail them. And ask them the status o

Completely disappointed with the services of the bank.basic customer care support not provided for my wife's account at your Janpath Bhubaneswar branch. iMobile app is a flop as being at Bangalore we prefer the iMobile services but neither of the online transactions work properly. Was at Bhubaneswar last month and had to make several visits to the branch with no positive result. Would appreciate if the branch manager is courteous enough to respond here and resolve the current issues.
