very very poor service this Bank The bank is working to rob customers in a wrong way and impose wrong penalties.Even though the installment is deducted, the timer is charging a penalty even though the installment is paid.I have made a big mistake by taking a loan from this bank. I am requesting you to consider the possibility of deducting the penalty in the wrong way.

Very poor service as I have received the mail for kyc related as my account debit freez . I have received the mail to reached the nearest branch along documents for kyc after they take time for 10 min and check my account and answer to go to home Branch the kyc is done on home branch. If kyc is done on home branch so why the answered me on mail go to nearest branch. I have also attached the mail screenshot

I have visited the Branch for depositing cheque for foreclosure of IndusInd Bank Loan A/c. The concerned officials asked me to contact IndusInd Bank head office for the procedure for the same as they don't have any knowledge regarding this. Then why the officials are sitting there?

I had a very disappointing experience with a female employee at IndusInd Bank recently. From the moment I approached her, she displayed a clear lack of professionalism. She seemed more interested in finishing her shift and going home than helping me with my queries. Her attitude was dismissive, and she behaved rudely when I asked for further clarification on my banking concerns. Instead of being patient and helpful, she was visibly irritated, rushing through the process without any regard for customer service. This is not the kind of behavior I expect from a bank, and it left me with a very negative impression of both the employee and the branch. I hope the bank takes notice of such conduct and works on improving their customer service standards.
