I had a very positive experience at the branch today. I urgently needed my passbook updated for passport verification, but my home branch (Kailash Building) was facing printing issues and redirected me here. Mr. Deepender at this branch was extremely helpful, courteous, and highly professional. Even though my new passbook had many UPI entries to be updated, he handled the task calmly and efficiently without making me feel like it was an inconvenience. His composed attitude, politeness, and patience truly stood out. Such a nice person, else visiting bank have always been a hustling impression in our minds. Thank you HDFC thank you Deepender.
Avoid this place at all costs I saw at least 2 highly distressed customers. Spent 3-4 hours 7 days back submitting application for re-KYC at this branch. Was promised a SMS acknowledging it. Nothing so far, only crickets.
