lack of service, take lot of time for KYC update, and also my mobile no. registered but not calling and contact with any bank employee. customer service they don't have any solution. i have KYC tacking no. but they don't show me any tacking or update so please improve your process and your service i m frosted because last 4 days i contact with employees on call and mail but no any proper reply
Rather use a PSU than waste time with these bunch of lethargic bugs
