Opened new account at the end of the last month. It took very small amount of time. There was no issue. Giving one star because as it was the year end that staff who is responsible for ac opening ops tried to activate digi rupee app and was using Canara app in my phone. On that app he told me enter pin for debit card and exp date too. I thought he was using it to activate that app. But as it was getting late I told him I will do it later. When after some days I received the welcome kit and tried to use the debit card it showed unauthorised and invalid. When I checked in the app. It showed blocked. Then I thought maybe we were in so hurry that day somthing must have gone wrong. The main issue is when I visit the branch again to show this problem that guy kept blaming me. I repeatedly told them it's not my fault. But still they kept blaming me for that issue. It was such a disappointment.

Very Big Branch, Maintained by just few staffs. All the services rendered smoothly and even they take feedback of yours.very proactive team there always trying to assist. U can't feel u r in a Govt bank things are so easy there.

Very dissatisfied with the this branch. No one on cheque collection counter. Me and some other person standing front of counter from last 10-15 min. Not expecting.
