If I have 0 star, I could give, no contact details of the branch at all, no one knows this branch land line number,andthe one provided will never work to communicate, coustomer care also doesn't know the communication details of the branch, I can go to the branch for every small thing to do.very very bad, when it comes to communicate with the branch.

Kindly don't pledge any gold in this branch using rupeek, they haven't released my part release gold while going for release they cornered me especially gold pledge department lady staff i think the name is srishti is having no concern about the customer. While pledging they didn't reduce 2gms as per their rules now at the time of part release she is saying we cannot give the gold because they didn't reduce the 2 gram while pledge. This is not my fault so she denied giving the gold yesterday. Also on Tuesday they had a otp issue so totally since 5 days I am waiting my gold to get released. If they do mistakes and as customer we should suffer. That's is what their policy is . That's what was my experience is. Still my gold is with them.

Horrible customer service! I wasted an hour trying to close my account, getting bounced around like a ping pong ball, and no one even bothered to look at my form. They made me feel like I was a nuisance, not a valued customer. The worst part? in front of everyone, they said it wasn't important, snatched my form, and didn't even process it! Unacceptable service. Really felt frustrated. It's been 3 days already I haven't received any update or response regarding the closure of account. If any charges is added again to the account I am not willing to pay them.

I recently visited The Federal Bank to convert my savings account to an NRO account. Anju provided excellent assistance throughout the process, and the account was converted within a couple of hours. She then followed up to ensure everything was functioning correctly.
