Excellent staff immediate action was provided when I visited for my fasttag replacement. Even the staff was responsive on phone.
No social distance maintenance..no proper response it looks like bank in home basement....
One of the worst banking service and unprofessional manager and staff. Falsely they charge penalty for the loan amounts and emi although it's there mistake. They are unresponsive over emails or calls. We keep getting harnessed messages like due is not made and all.
Worst communication with the staffs, they donno how to speak with plp and that is the basic thing fr a human, especially a women staff named Jyotsna, such a rude lady and a person who sits next to her with a specs. What should a person who donno anything abt bank and wants to do transaction, these plp will defenatley not guide them.
