Fraudesters supporting bank. I had a Cyber fraud experience and the amount was transferred to this Bank account holder. After complaining to Cyber police the account was freezed. To get back my amount, I have filed a case n legally folloeed. Court has issued an Order to pay back the amount to me. I have submitted the Order to the bank management but they haven't yet taken action. I am calling the contact no. Provided in the site, which is switched off and land line no. Is not existing.

i being an old customer, was issued a letter dated 06/05/2024 by the chief manager of Nagpur, central Avenue Branch requesting me to deposit loan amount as i had not paid but the fact remains that my loan account is up to date and without verifying the fact and with a very casual approach the chief manager had issued such arbitrary and vague letter which hampered my image and reputation. this action of chief manager needs immediate action and attention.

The service of bank is very bad and no atm of this bank near the bank employee behavior is very rotly I feel very bad for this bank

Visited for car loan, staff is friendly and cooperative. Even the branch manager was helpful and soft spoken. Overall very good experience.
