Worst branch everyone gone for lunch from almost one and half hour each and every customer is waiting. No one is available to entertain customer.
Weirdest bank On Google it shows it opens @10am in reality it open after 11pm Not a customer centric bank for sure
After i open a savings account here . They completed all formalities in just 1 day after that next day when i came here to collect my passbook, around 3 o'clock they said our servers are not responding after that i came again there on Tuesday around 4 o'clock and they answers me same they also added from past 2 hours server are not responding , so should i consider that bank server is always close after 3 pm .?
Exact location is near darodkar square.Bank is renovated.Service is improved. Coustomer relationship is increase, albit some bad experiences from some bank employees.
Thanks to Mr. Sharma the manager of the branch this bank function very good you will not feel you are dealing with nationalised bank.
