Very poor Service Masina not working Account open Time Next Monday next Monday 😕😔 12Aug Frame File Account not opening Months And very poor Staff 0 Star Branch

Conveniently located in the colony yet on the main road. No crowds. Good service.

On 5th of March 2020 I visited the C R park branch where I have an account and submitted written application for a new new debit card. Till date my application not proceed I called to the central customer service they gave me this information. And moreover to the lady bank officer I handed over the application was really arrogant and was not at all in the mood to listen to me for a minute even. Her 1st reaction was " kya kahani likh ke laye hay ap?" When I said it's not a story and I am not a story teller her reply was "ho jayega ho jayega". And that day was not a busy day there were only 2 other customers. I am really upset about the behaviour and the working culture of C R Park IDBI. I am yet to receive any any debit card

I closed my fathers account there and the remaining balance they said will be sent to home by pay order within maximum 15 days and now it’s almost 2 months I haven’t received it and the number given here is always switched off. Really bad experience I stay in faridabad so have to go again for this :(
