IDBI Bank 2 Mahatma Gandhi Marg DM Compound Colony

I am customer of tis bank since 2011 and always use to praise this bank since long . But in last couple days faces number of obstructions and bank staff especially my PRO is not ready to understand my problem and not responding my calls too. I am not able to login my internet banking since last 2 days and have to make some important transactions. But no help from Bank PRO . My Internet banking and ATM Card both have been disabled without any prior information to me which is very unethical and unprofessional .. This is very bad experience this time with such a reputed bank ..

Idbi bank is my worst experience all staff are irresponsible my sb account was freezed on 8 nov 24 due to wrong customer id(created by bank staff) and they are not caring to defreeze it due to red tapism till date 26 dec 24

This place is truly financial supermarket. It is biggest branch of IDBI Bank in eastern UP. It has all financial products ranging from accounts to loans, from remittances to insurance, retail and business loans etc. all under one roof. It shifted from up co operative bank building to jahangirabad palace almost a year back.

IDBI Branch has shifted to 12, Jahagirabad Palace, Hazratganj, Lucknow. 200 meters from the old address, towards District Magistrate's Residence. Exit from Gate No.2, Hazratganj Metro Station to reach this place.
