My online banking ?️ account access was blocked due to multiple ⌨️ incorrect password login attempt as a reason visited here to get assistance. ? It did not take a moment by ? Mr. Rawat centered at the very first step of the ?️ bank who not only helped me to speak to customer ☎️ care to get the issue resolved but also helped me gain access to my ? account. People like Mr. Rawat ?️ are essentially the backbone for any ? organization. We should have more people like him.

Used to be a good bank. Not anymore. For NRE accounts, they won't send Otp on email. Such a basic requirement but blocls all transactions.

Horrible atmosphere, no one is available to attend to customer. For just to collect my credit card I had to spent like one hour in the bank. Leave customer delight aside this is worst service I have got from any Citibank branch.

I am not able to pay dues online. There is no option to connect with citi bank customer care and close issue.

NO ONE IS THERE TO RESPOND CALL.
