Today I visit to this branch for account closer but a lady employee did not proper response. she said you have to go to Home branch then I called to customer care after that she said we will take only request and gaurd will give you documents reciept we will not give you any receipt or ref. No. and if any charges is pending then your home branch will settle this she don't know what is she saying very bad experience.
Very poor branch, Trying calling on landline no’s in working hours but no response , I called to check my loan accounts details, One staff picked landline and respond this is branch and after that not picking call
Rude staff members.!! Pathetic experience they do not have any knowledge about net banking just passing time sitting there. A lady with specs on 4th counter is too rude, doesn't have manners how to behave with customers.
ATM remains almost down at this branch. Branch has shifted long back to nearby place on other side of road but address of branch not changed on Google.
