This branch is managing by Ms. Shivani (Branch Manager ) in a excellent manner and supportive to the customers in completing all banking work. In this branch you can have a feel better than any private bank. All the staff is very courteous and taking care of all type of works of customers in a very efficient manner.

Branch manager Ms Shivani is really a very dedicated worker and is handling her duties with full integrity..she is very polite,helpful and ready to solve any issue..no doubt the staff too is very good.. all in all Excellent manager and very cooperative team. Managerial skills if Ms Shivani are helping the branch to function Smoothly and grow.

Sirs, The branch in the first place is located conveniently. The Branch Manager and the staff are very courteous. It is easy banking, no hassles, least time delay. If only the branch had been in the ground floor, it would have more customers since people of all ages visit the bank. Hope that in the near future, the Bank is able to move to Ground floor and is able to sustain customer relations.

This IOB branch is too good ! Best branch in North India!!!! The new bank manager Shivani is doing an amazing job. Very customer focussed bank manager! I will choose this branch even when I stay in Noida.
