The staff is very unprofessional they dont know how to deal with customer specially i met a lady who opens accounts. She think herself the owner of bank and everyone is free except her she is tge onlu bussiest peraon in the world. Bank manager should check and control the staff and maintain a professional enviornment in the bank.
IDBI is a private bank and not a GOI/PSB bank.
