Very poor service ,unprofessional staff especially ladies ,busy in gossip rather than attending customer with rude behaviour ,alway server issue here ,earlier staff was very good ,present ladies staff need to be trained

Very poor service i have my current account in the bank several time i am go there for sms banking several times give him application but the bank manager not listen they dont have a time for customers always gives a toffee for one week

Not even deserved for a single star.Staffs are very rude and arrogant .very slow in providing customer service.They don't like customer's to come to the bank and ready to argue with them for unnecessary reason instead clarify the doubts .The customers need to wait for their generosity even for the basic services .
