One of the best banks I have seen in Burdwan.They provide top notch services. Hope they will maintain service standard in future.

Not the biggest one but certainly the best private sector bank in Burdwan. The place position is great, just between Town Hall and Perbirhata Boroma Kali Mandir on G.T.Road. The service quality is good like other HDFC Bank branches. An ATM is there for customers. Above all, good reputation hinges with this bank.

It's the biggest bank in the private sector in India. The staff are helpful and the bank has a wide range of products for every category of customers.

Only for rich peoples not for middle class and poor. We should have to open savings account with opening balance of rs20000/- and we have to keep rs10000/- minimum in our account otherwise account will be deactivated. Where as SBI give us rs0 minimum balance to open new account and no minimum balance we have to keep in our account.

Worst branch I have submitted KYC documents more than one month back but no response received yet. Manager operation has very casual approach
